Patience: While it would be ideal that, at any given moment, there is that perfect job for everyone interested in making a change for the better – the perfect job for you and your skillset that we can immediately match you to, that isn’t a realistic expectation. Finding a career progressing position for your unique wants and needs takes patience and open eyes and open ears throughout the industry.
Skills: Everyone traveled a different path to get where they are. You have unique skills and abilities that you learned along your journey. To do our job well, we need to understand the details of you and your skillsets. We listen intently; so that we can learn what makes you you; so that we can match you to the next career role that those skills will excel in.

On the introduction call we’ll get acquainted and discuss the details for the remainder of the process.

LEARNING ABOUT YOU

Following the introduction call, we’ll schedule one or more sessions where our team can learn a lot about you, seemingly everything about you. For each area, we’ll explain how each piece of information is used to identify opportunities that you are likely to be interested in.

OPEN POSITION MATCHING

After listening to you and building out a detailed profile from the information, we will immediately proceed to evaluate the details about you with the details of each current and future opportunity we have. Only when we find those that are believed to closely align with your next career move, will we present them to you. You can be confident that, if we are reaching out to you about it, it is worth your time to consider it.

MAINTAINING OPEN DIALOG.

As time goes on, things change. While we’d like to be involved with all your career moves, we recognize that isn’t reality. But we want to celebrate those accomplishments with you.
