Further, lean organization structures rarely provide opportunities for every employee to progress their careers in the same way. We specialize in direct hire placement helping professionals advance their careers through opportunities that are not available at their current employer.

PLACEMENT PROCESS.

Career Partner: Unlike many recruiters, we aren’t focused on the near-term, quick sell. We want to partner with you throughout your career. People don’t feel fulfilled and enjoy their work when they aren’t doing their best. And, you can’t be doing your best in your current role if you’re spending time looking for the next rung on your career ladder. But you can do your best at what you do best while we are doing what we do best for you.

Patience: While it would be ideal that, at any given moment, there is a perfect job for everyone interested in making a change for the better, it isn’t realistic to expect that the perfect job for you and your skillset is immediately available. Finding a career progressing position for your unique wants and needs takes patience as well as open eyes and ears throughout the industry.

Skills: Everyone traveled a different path to get to where they are. You have unique skills and abilities that you learned along your journey. To do our job well, we need to understand the details of who you are and what skillsets you have. We listen intently; so that we can learn what makes you you; so that we can match you to the next career role that those skills will excel in.

1. Introduction Call: On the introduction call we’ll get acquainted and discuss the details for the remainder of the process.

2. Learning About You: Following the introduction call, we’ll schedule one or more sessions where our team can learn a lot about you, seemingly everything about you. For each area, we’ll explain how each piece of information is used to identify opportunities that you are likely to be interested in.

3. Open Position Matching: After listening to you and building out a detailed profile from the information, we will immediately proceed to evaluate the details about you with the details of each current and future opportunity we have. Only when we find those that are believed to closely align with your next career move, will we present them to you. You can be confident that, if we are reaching out to you about it, it is worth your time to consider it.

4. Maintaining Open Dialog: As time goes on, things change. While we’d like to be involved with all your career moves, we recognize that isn’t reality. But we want to celebrate those accomplishments with you. And we want to be able to continue to deliver on the commitment to only present to you opportunities that are relevant to where you’re at and what you’re interested in.
